The Art of a Good Death
How do we define a good death, and prepare to embrace it with intention and grace?
Preparing for a good death involves opening ourselves up to honest and deep conversations about our mortality. By adopting an open and intentional attitude toward death, we reduce anxiety, dispel fear, and find peace in the process. This approach allows us to live more fully, accept death as a natural part of life, and prepare an atmosphere of serenity and acceptance for ourselves and our loved ones.
This course is a journey of self-awareness and self-discovery that offers an opportunity to explore and address the obstacles that may arise on the path to a conscious peaceful death, and to transcend death denial and cultivate a healthy relationship with our own mortality.
