WHO IS IT FOR?

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

WHO IS IT FOR?

Those who have lost a loved one, want to know more about how they experience their grief, and seek to be accompanied in their process

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

By sharing what arises in our grieving process, we better understand how grief manifests itself through us. Listening to each other’s stories, we contextualize our own process and discover that we are not alone. By containing and honoring our stories, we understand more about the function of grief as a natural human process, collaborate with its invitation toward transformation, understanding that we heal through grief, that we enter into a new relationship with our loved one, and discover a new purpose in life by honoring their legacy.
