Holistic Care for the Dying, the Grieving, the Caregiver
How do we ensure integral support while encouraging self-care in compassionate accompaniment of life transitions and end of life?
The circle of care that contains and supports those who are going through a transition process contributes with their presence and well-being to a healthier and more harmonious process. By recognizing and balancing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects, as compassionate companions, caregivers and those accompanied, the wide range of needs is tended to, promoting wellbeing and minimizing stress and depletion.
Considering all aspects of being and prioritizing wholeness for all involved facilitates a deeper and more meaningful process of healing and mutual growth for all.
