Cultivating the Care Team in Community

How do we cultivate a holistic and compassionate care team to accompany processes of transition in community while fomenting each individual’s wellbeing?

Cultivating a team of holistic and compassionate care involves recognizing that loss, grief, aging and death are fundamental human experiences. Being able to face them with a team that is intentional, conscious, dedicated and responsible supports the experience, maximizing the potential for healing, growth and evolution. This approach creates an environment where everyone finds the support and connection needed during life’s transformative moments.

Developing the role of the Life, Death and Transition Doula involves providing compassionate care and support that nurtures the holistic wellbeing of those we accompany as well as those who are part of the care team.
