Living Grief: Your Growth Curriculum

An exploration of what is expected from the grieving person versus what a grieving person actually experiences, as the process of grieving is unique to each person. By sharing experiences we learn that grief has a function that teaches us and heal us, and it is traversed in a vast variety of ways.

WHO IS IT FOR?

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

WHO IS IT FOR?

Those who have lost a loved one, want to know more about how they experience their grief, seek to discover how to traverse it in order to heal through it and be accompanied in its process.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

Even when we feel that we cannot survive a loss, we still breathe and our heart still beats. When we allow ourselves to fully experience all the ways in which grief manifests itself through us, we discover that every feeling, thought, memory, and sensation that arises in this process reveals to us the tasks that our grief invites us to assume. The grief itself presents us with what we can do to heal through it, and this workshop teaches us how to identify what we need to learn to live with our loss, and thus discover what lies beyond pain and absence.
