The magic in Dying
In what ways do we find meaning, purpose, and guidance in the midst of the literal and symbolic deaths throughout life and until the last breath?
The process of dying, both physically and symbolically, brings with it countless transpersonal and peak experiences that exalt opportunities for greater knowledge, connection to collective wisdom, and evolution for all involved. Finding meaning and purpose in the midst of life transition processes, and the experiences that navigating change elicits, that transcends conditioning toward suffering and reluctance to pain and discomfort, begins with full awareness of what arises in the present moment. By accepting the invitation into the unknown, with a willingness to consciously traverse the woes, griefs, and unrest, we come into contact with the source of all life, connecting us to the origin of our experience. Letting go of the identification with pain and the resistance to it allows us to discover our inner truth: we are beings in harmony with the cycles of nature, where trust and love is unconditional, recognizing that death is our destiny. This approach helps us understand the purpose and function of loss, grief and death that allows us to live and flow with greater clarity, intention, and peace.
